Good news for Michael! He may be getting his good time back! (it was taken away with this last incident) what that actually means is he may be able to leave the SHU at Southport and go to a regular prison possibly this November! What should happen then is he’ll be in a 6 month drug treatment program, and then he may be eligible for his Conditional release. If they don’t release him right after rehab, then he may have to wait for his Parole Hearing in July.

This is not in stone, as nothing is when dealing with prison. But, Michael needs to keep positive and this gives him hope and something to look forward to. All in all, getting out in May 2010 isn’t that worse than what he originally had, which was to get out March 30, 2010.
