Sorry, a bit off topic but I just wondering what the address to send a letter to michael is? and can I put anything in the envelope? money for stamps? or confetti? anything fun? and is there a good chance he will write back?

You can ask any questions, no problem! All envelopes must have a full name and address, your's and his. You can have 1-5 pages, weather it's your letter or a print out from online, 5 pages max! No confetti (you're not the only one with that question)

You can send stamp money, but must be a check or money order, and it must have your name and address and his name and
number (97A6595) Michael does not ask for money, or ask me to request money for him, but I think it's great that you thought of it! He sends out a lot of reply's and it's not free.

You can send pictures! Of you, or anything from your life, where you've been, ect. I send him things I find online about him. The rules state  no gang or sexually explicit photo's and/or drawings.

If he doesn't write back at first, feel free to write again as usually most people write only once and disappear. He puts lots of energy into his letters, and does so when he knows it's for a penpal or friend.

What can and can't we send to Michael? I plan on sending him a couple of paperback books next week and I want to make sure that he gets them. Thanks.

Please don't send food, as he has strict limits and he gets what he wants every month. Books are fine. Never anything with gang info, drawings or pictures. Most books are allowed. That's nice of you to think of him and send him something!
