The facts about Michael Alig's upcoming release
I have been seeing many stories online, each saying they know when Michael will be getting out of prison. I only report here what Michael has told me. Yes, he was promised to see the CR Committee by the end of this month, but they don't usually give an answer that day. Michael must wait, and it could be a week or weeks for their answer. The answer he wants to hear is that they will give him all his good time back. If he does get it all back, then he is eligible to be released. Will it happen that day? Maybe, but probably not. But Michael isn't walking out the door of Coxsackie! He has been serving an concurrent Federal sentence, so he has been told that the Feds will be picking him up. Michael believes that he will be with the Feds from a day to days, but he really doesn't know. With luck maybe they won't pick him up! I hope I was able to inform everyone with what Michael has been telling me.
By the way, I may not be the first one knowing his release date, as Michael does have plenty of people in his life that are important to him. I will blog about it when I am to know.
