Thank you! I know sending money shouldn't obligate him to write back, but some people just don't realize that everything in Prison cost money.

I've just stuck by him, as we became friends, as I started out just wanting to make his days better as well!

It's pretty nice of you to do what you do; this is nothing compared to the time, effort and loyalty you show him.
I told him in my letter that he doesn't have to write me back if he doesn't want to; I realize he has a lot of people he writes and receives letters from.
I just want you and him to know I am not demanding anything of him. I hate demanding people. Just because I sent him some money, he shouldn't feel obligated to write back; he has the freedom of choice whether or not to, he has minimal freedoms right now and he should reserve that right.
I just want to help him out and hoped to brighten his day a little. That is what I would want somebody to do for me if I was in that position. I also know from experience it doesn't take much but the right set of circumstances to be in that (or a similar) position.
Of course it would be nice to hear from him (I'm not going to lie), but I'll support him either way. : )
You are truly one in a million, thanks for all you do!

I think that's fine! It's just common sense, making sure he has enough money to be able to write back to you, as that shouldn't be the reason you don't get a letter back! He tries to write back to everyone, but get's backed up at times when he runs out of stamps, as they regulate how many he can buy and how often.

I fell in love w Michael after I saw him on Donahue. Like Gitsie I was hooked. Unfortunately I was way too young and in TX. I pray for the safety and release of Michael Alig. How can one be accountable when under so many killer drugs. How can he still be punished for killing a drug dealer. While others kill babies, kids, and teens. They do months in jail or probation! So I am to believe a drug dearler has more rights than an innocent child? This is the Country I live in! Does thi make sense? A person can rape a child and do no time. The legal system is in need of real change! Not all his admirers are murder crazy. I adore the person he is. I appreciate his zany, happy, fun self he once was, and hope still remains. Criminals run the streets in and out of jail. His crime is doing to many drugs, living fast. I find terrible to know his punishment has been for so long. He should have been put in a rehab facility, he deserved a second chance. This may be just me, but i believe he has been tormented merely cause he is gay. I am about to be 35 this February, i have two kids, one at 18 and my baby when i turned 30! You could call me bisexual although I prefer human who loves other humans! As I have been in love with Michael. I have no misconseptions or think maybe I will meet Michael, but that would be the cherry on top of a hard life. I was secually,physically, and mentally abused by my father for a decade and a half! Running to New York or Seattle was a dream. A beautiful human being locked up too damn long. I will never understand. He ia being punished for the movie. Again he was on many drugs, something a lot os us have struggled with. So young and dumb in the sense of life and the future. He was an successful in many ways. Most of us will never understand that kind of power, to be loved and listed after. At 14/15 he was everything I wished. The bravado he and the club kids had I longed. Will there ever be another Alig, hell no! Will he succeed as before. I believe if given the chance he will soar like never before. As long as drug dealers stay away from. The sky is the limit. I was torn when I heard of his incarceration. After that I lost me drugs, alcohol, partying, and putting myself in the most dangerous situations. I truly did not care if I lived or died. To have had a friend like Michael would have been a savior, but getting pregnant at 17 was almost a savior. I was still dealing w demons. Too many mistakes to count. I probably should be in jail, by the grace of God I am not! I only smoke pot, my ex tried to kill me so it helps w the pain. Thank you Michael Alig, your strength has been a support system for me and others I'm sure! Whoever reads this please know my love for Michael is pure. Wanting only the absolute best! It's hard seeing RuPaul excelling when, for me, Michael was the biggest star. Thinking of you always! God protect you from All haters and keep you healthy.
